AML / CTF Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Ulltimate Rewards maintains an Anti-Money-Laundering and Counter-Terrorist-Financing program based on the FATF Recommendations and applicable local laws.

Customer due diligence

All users must complete Know-Your-Customer verification before withdrawals: government-issued ID, proof of address, and selfie liveness check.

Enhanced due diligence

High-risk users (politically exposed persons, high-volume traders, users from sanctioned jurisdictions) receive enhanced review.

Transaction monitoring

We monitor for unusual patterns and structuring. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence unit.

Sanctions screening

We screen users and counterparties against OFAC, UN, EU, and HMT sanctions lists.

Recordkeeping

KYC records and transaction logs are kept for the legally required retention period.
