Order Execution Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Order Execution Policy ("Policy") describes the arrangements Ulltimate Rewards ("UR", "we", "us") has in place to obtain the best possible result when executing or transmitting client orders across crypto-assets, equities, and other supported instruments. It applies to all retail and professional clients of the platform.
1. Scope
The Policy covers every order you submit through UR — market, limit, stop, recurring (auto-invest), swap, and managed-plan orders. It applies whether UR executes the order on its own book, routes it to an affiliated liquidity provider, or transmits it to a third-party venue or broker for execution.
2. Best execution factors
When executing or routing an order we consider the following factors:
- Price — the all-in price obtainable on the relevant venue(s).
- Costs — explicit fees, spreads, network/gas fees, and settlement charges.
- Speed — time to acknowledgement and time to fill.
- Likelihood of execution and settlement — venue liquidity, custody arrangements, and counterparty risk.
- Size and nature of the order — including any specific client instructions.
- Market impact — for large orders relative to typical venue depth.
For retail clients, total consideration — price plus all costs related to execution — is the primary factor. Other factors take priority only where they are instrumental in delivering the best total result.
3. Execution venues
UR executes orders against one or more of the following venue types: regulated exchanges, multilateral trading facilities, organised trading facilities, systematic internalisers, regulated crypto-asset trading platforms, market-makers, and UR's own liquidity pool acting as principal. The current list of execution venues is reviewed at least annually and updated when material changes occur.
4. Order types and handling
- Market orders are executed promptly at the best available price discoverable across our connected venues at the time of receipt.
- Limit orders are worked at the client's specified price or better; unfilled portions may be displayed on a public order book unless you instruct otherwise.
- Stop and stop-limit orders are triggered by a print at or through the stop level and then handled as a market or limit order respectively.
- Recurring / auto-invest orders are batched and executed at the scheduled time using prevailing market prices.
- Swaps between supported assets are quoted as principal trades against UR's inventory at a published all-in rate.
5. Specific client instructions
Where you provide a specific instruction (for example, a target venue, a limit price, or a minimum fill quantity), we will execute the order in accordance with that instruction. Doing so may prevent us from following the steps in this Policy for the part of the order covered by your instruction, and may result in a different outcome than the one our default routing would have achieved.
6. Aggregation and allocation
We may aggregate your order with orders of other clients where we reasonably believe doing so is unlikely to disadvantage any client. Fills from an aggregated order are allocated pro-rata at the volume-weighted average execution price.
7. Costs and inducements
Trading fees, spreads, and any third-party costs passed through to clients are disclosed on the Pricing page and in the trade confirmation. UR does not accept payment for order flow from third-party venues in a manner that conflicts with our duty of best execution.
8. Monitoring and review
We monitor execution quality on a continuous basis, including sample-based review of individual fills and venue-level analysis of price, cost, speed, and likelihood of execution. This Policy and the list of execution venues are reviewed at least annually and whenever a material change occurs that affects our ability to obtain the best possible result.
9. Market disruption and outages
During periods of extreme volatility, venue outages, or other disruption, execution may be delayed, partially filled, or executed away from the previously displayed price. In such circumstances we will take all reasonable steps to continue acting in the client's best interest, including temporarily suspending order acceptance where necessary.
10. Client consent
By placing an order with Ulltimate Rewards you consent to this Policy, to the use of the execution venues and arrangements described in it, and to the execution of your orders outside a regulated market or multilateral trading facility where appropriate.
